Nathan getting his first set of candy..he got atleast 6 pieces from this house
Well we had an awesome Halloween!! It was Haileys 1st one, and Nathans 1st one where he got to really go to the doors. He seriously seemed like he had done it before, he was a real pro. He didnt even need our help, he would just walk up to the people and get the candy, if the people let him pick his own he would take atleast 2-4 pieces at a time =) It was so fun and exciting as mom to see how excited he was about getting the candy and going to each door. He got lots of big candybars that of course mommy and daddy have been eating. Nathans favorite seems to Kit Kats and Hershey bars, mommys favorites are twixs and daddys are snickers so weve all been sharing =) I cant believe last year at this time he was Haileys size. I am glad to say that both kids lasted the 2 hours without crying or throwing a fit, thank goodness! Nathan hated his hood on he wanted it OFF! So I put a black snowcap on him and he actually kept it on. So, he actually looked atleast somewhat like a bee. We then went back to Aunt Tina's to eat and play afterwards with all the cousins. Then it was time to go home around 930 and the kids both fell asleep as soon as they got in the car. Sounds like the kiddos did great!! That's awesome. I worried that Dakota wouldn't last very long, but she did good. You had two to worry about, so thank goodness they did great. They were SOOO cute in their costumes. Glad Nathan kept most of his costume on. Don't fret, Iknow about 4 other mom's that couldn't take their kids out because they REFUSED to keep their costumes on. LOVE the new blog =D
